Network Troubleshooting

‘Troubleshooting’ may sound like quite a vague term, but it’s amazing how much of a business’ IT services requirement it covers. Never a day goes by where an office, studio or workplace doesn’t need some sort of troubleshooting, or instant access to specialist advice. Here are just a few of the troubles we shoot down on a daily basis:

“Why is our internet suddenly running so slowly?”…  “We keep sending jobs to our printer but they vanish!”…  “It was fine yesterday but today I just can’t log on to our network!”… 

The last year or so has also seen a dramatic rise in sudden upsets caused by malware, spyware, adware and the like.
