25/01/2010: Microsoft Online Accreditation exams passed by Andre and Thony.

When Microsooft Online services were launched late last year Xgeneration were part of the partner Beta testing team. We wanted to add our views and user feedback direct to source to make the product bullit proof for our customers. We are now very confident, that small buinesses looking for unified email solutions have another credible option other than buying and maintaning their own server. The Cloud has come of age with real business tools that you pay for as you use. For more information regarding converting your email solution to a service backed by Microsoft itself contact:

18/01/2010: The Camera never lies! Or does it?
The Xgeneration engineers let their hair down during an informal company photo shoot. Local photographic studio Babitonga Photography caught the team repairing computers in a light hearted manor. Managing Director John James, the only one who really can't let his hair down any more, wanted to show off the unsung heroes that work behind the scenes monitoring servers, networks and company firewalls. They look more like the motly crew from Tarintino's Resevoir Dogs. Who is Mr Pink? Answers on a post card please.

7/01/2010: There's no business like Snow business.
A bad pun I know. But would you believe how a few inches of the white stuff, when the country least required the loss of billions of pounds in lost productivity, could cause such havoc. Every type of business was effected in some way or another. Staff no show, non deliveries, no public transport, the list of how the freeze effected the UK is endless. Our helpdesk ticket request rate grew by 400% during that first trading week in January. Xgeneration have spent the last 15 years designing robust managed networks. With VOIP, Camera, Backup Solutions, Security devices and Servers all sharing the IP space, a small dump of snow that stops the motoways, will never effect the digital super highways that kept packets moving during the entire freeze. Working from home or on the road is a modern business tool that is inexpensive to setup and will keep the smaller business running, when typical transport infrastructure fails. Let Xgeneration visit your office and show your how you can keep your business running through any disaster. Request a free consultant visit to discus your Remote workplace policy. CLICK HERE
