Disaster Recovery

With email increasingly becoming the heart of all businesses, disaster recovery – prevention and planning – are at the heart of Xgeneration’s email solutions. 

At the planning and prevention stages, detailed policies and documentation are put in place.  A ‘total machine failure’ scenario is considered in detail, with all relevant contingencies considered. To minimise risk, auto-copying, cloning and off-site backup are all brought into play. 

Our email teams are expert in two key products for disaster recovery: Synamtec’s LiveState, a system designed to keep client devices up and running throughout their lives, from acquisition to disposal; and SonicWALL’s CDP/Continuous Data Protection or ‘tapeless’ backup.
